In Rijnveste you, as a tenant, can choose new tenants. On the ground floor you can cook together and enjoy each other’s company in the shared kitchen. Each room has its own washbasin, some rooms have their own showers and/or toilets.

First of all, subscribe to ROOM.nl as soon as possible. That’s because the earlier you register, the more chances you have to find a room before arrival. Then you will be added to a ranking list where you can view the various offers Idealis has. Your ranking in that list is dependent on a couple of factors: registration date and distance priority.
It is very important that you pay your tuition fee on time!. Only after you paid your tuition fee, you can apply for a room with priority based on your home address.

There’s a wide mix of different rooms available, anything from self-contained to sharing your kitchen and bathroom(s) with up to 16 people. Although corridors with 6 people are the most common. You can also go for furnished or unfurnished rooms. An unfurnished room does not come with any furniture, so you have to buy a bed, mattress, table or desk, chair(s), and kitchen supplies.
